About Us
In 2020, Leoni woke up at 3 a.m. with the words “Changing The Narrative” echoing in her mind. Constant discussions with friends made it evident that the conversation needed to be broader. For years, she had been thinking, *”There’s got to be a better way to talk about the difficult stuff without it leading to hatred and vitriol. How do we do this better? How do we change the narrative?”*
The Narrative Factor was born from this desire to address how we communicate about challenging topics. Knowing that forces outside ourselves often shape the broader narrative, leaving us feeling helpless against it, which can lead to harmful and disrespectful communication. By creating The Narrative Factor, she aims to open up conversations that foster better understanding—even if they don’t lead to agreement.
Welcome to The Narrative Factor.
Club 50 Book Collection
In the true spirit of The Narrative Factor, the Club 50 Book Collection was born around the breakfast table after two days of intense conversations with my niece, Elaine. We initially decided to create 50 titles, each 50 pages long, covering a variety of topics for adults, teens, and children, just to see where it would take us.
But as ideas often do, this one grew bigger than we anticipated. We realized that expanding into a full-fledged publishing venture could be a fantastic opportunity. While we initially thought of focusing solely on spiritual topics, our vision has since broadened significantly. We hope to attract collaborators who share our passion and purpose to publish with us under the Club 50 banner.
We aim to offer cultural and religious discussions in the initial Club 50 series and keep expanding from there. Who knows? At the rate we’re going, Club 50 might even evolve into Club 500! We strive to have something for everyone, ensuring our collection surpasses the initial offerings.
In addition to the Club 50 series, we’ve also developed a Children’s Book Collection focused on very short bedtime stories. These stories are designed to help parents put their little ones to bed more easily. Elaine, being a mother herself, absolutely sees the value in children’s books that are just short enough to foster connection but not so long that kids become overstimulated—helping them drift off to sleep quickly.
Watch this space for more as we expand…!
